This photo of Eric the dragon was taken at Hindeloopen on 23 Sept 1989.
Having been vanquished, he needed the "Kiss of Life from a nubile maiden.
We don't know if this was succeesful, but there are rumours that Eric can sometimes be seen near the Wig and Pen in Norwich, occasionally in the form of Peter Salt, his human alter ego.
